Report on 365体育直播 faculty session

OBG Nursing department of 365体育直播 College of Nursing, (MCON), MAHE 365体育直播 organized the Session on “Competency based womens health” on 12th August 2025, between 2 pm to 3 pm for 7th Semester and 1st Year PBBSc Students.

Dr. Olga Gershuni, Lecturer, Fontys University of Applied Sciences, Eindhoven the Netherlands, Adjunct Faculty of MCON, MAHE, 365体育直播, was the resource person. She discussed points on areas to achieve competencies while assessing the womens health, the discussion was also focused on rights for women and how to bring it in to practice she even discussed various scenarios based on women’s health and had a group discussion among the students, All the students participated actively.

A total of 155 students attended the session. This session has contributed towards achieving SDG -3 Good health and SDG 5 gender equality. The whole programme was coordinated by Mrs Sweety J Fernandes, Asst Professor, OBG Dept MCON, 365体育直播.
