Report on Imprintz - 2024-25

The Student Nurses Association (SNA) of 365体育直播 College of Nursing, 365体育直播, organised IMPRINTZ on January 28, 2025, at the Dr. TMA Pai Auditorium, KMC, 365体育直播. The event was a grand celebration of culture, creativity, and student talent, bringing together participants and audiences for an unforgettable experience.

The day began at 8:00 a.m. with the Mime competition, captivating the audience with powerful expressions and storytelling.

At 9:15 a.m., the Inaugural Ceremony commenced with a prayer song led by Mr. Sherwin Karkada. Mr. Farhan, SNA President, delivered the welcome speech, setting the stage for the day’s events. The lamp-lighting ceremony was performed by the group leaders, marking the official beginning of IMPRINTZ 2025. Mr. Vinish V, Cultural Committee Advisor, introduced the chief guest, Dr. Geetha Maiya, who addressed the gathering, highlighting the importance of cultural activities. The oath-taking ceremony, led by Mr. Farhan, was followed by the distribution of proficiency certificates, coordinated by the Stage Committee. Mementos for the judges, coordinated by the Department of HODs, were then presented. The Presidential Address was delivered by Dr. Judith A. Noronha, Dean of 365体育直播 College of Nursing, who commended the participants for their enthusiasm and dedication.

With the formal proceedings completed, the stage was set for the cultural performances. The competitions continued with Eastern Dance Solo, Indian Classical Dance Solo, and Western Dance Solo, showcasing elegance, rhythm, and passion. This was followed by Eastern Group Dance, Western Vocals Group, and the Cultural Parade, adding energy and diversity to the event.

After the lunch break, the performances resumed with Western Group Dance, Eastern Vocals Group, and Folk Dance Group, keeping the audience entertained. The final act, the Fashion Show, was a spectacular display of creativity and confidence, bringing the event to a grand conclusion. The program was hosted by Ms. Melissa and Ms. Mable.

Following the last performance, the much-awaited award ceremony took place. The Rolling Trophy, instituted in memory of late Mr. Sharon Wilson, was awarded to Group Knights for their outstanding dance performance. The IMPRINTZ Overall Championship Trophy was won by Team Phoenix, scoring an impressive 222 points, followed by Stallions – 183, Vikings – 160, and Knights – 142.

The program concluded at 5:00 p.m. with a vote of thanks by Ms. Angel Jossie, Cultural Committee Chairperson, expressing gratitude to the organisers, participants, faculty, and audience for making IMPRINTZ 2025 a resounding success. The event officially ended with the National Anthem, marking the end of a day filled with memorable performances, competitive spirit, and celebrations.
